The Family Council is a body of fraternal consultation at the service of the unity of the monastic family and its fidelity to its charism. It is not a governing body. It is composed of the two Priors General and the members of their respective Councils.
The meetings of the Family Council allow for common reflection, sharing of experience and discernment while respecting the proper government of each branch of monks and nuns.
The Family Council seeks to discern the calls that the Holy Spirit is addressing to our Family in the context of the Church, society and the world today.
